Integrated specialist support allows the processing of complex samples and confirmation of new alleles.

The data upload interface allows the importation of sequencing results and initialisation information. The assay can be run simply by entering the reagent batch number. All files can be uploaded via the "select file" button or simply by dragging and dropping the relevant file into the active field.

The laboratory assistant can always control the quality of the laboratory stage by checking the number of reads per sample. Possible laboratory errors can be identified by visualising the quality of the samples on the plate.
